What if my race isn't in 12 weeks?
So you've got a mudrun in 6 weeks, a 10K in 6.2 weeks, your first 5K in 3.1 weeks or your first ultra in 1 week. No worries, our training plans are custom to you and your race goals. We are offering training for a 12 week period: June 1 - August 24th, 2015. Your goal can occur at any point during that period. What if your race is past 12 weeks? We would love to give you a head start in your training and as the 12 week period draws to a close we'll discuss what an extension to training could look like if you choose to go that route. (Now if you are training for that ultra in 1 week then we are just going to pray for your legs, that the best we can do....)
What if I don't like it?
If after your first 30 days of training you decide this isn't for you then let us know. If we can't make it better than we would love to refund you 100%.
When does the training officially start?
Training starts as soon as you are ready and last for the following 12 weeks.
