Running a race is hard, whether it is your very first or you are trying to set a new PR.  We want to help you hit your running goals and have created a process that we know can get you to the finish line.

1. Starting Point

Step 1 is to find out where you are, to make sure we help you get to the finish we need to see where you are starting from.

2. Train & Learn

Step 2 you receive your customized 10K training plan to help you reach your goals.

3. Test & Modify

Step 3 we make changes to your plan depending on how your training is going.

MEET YOUR COACH

Trey Brush is a runner and RRCA certified coach with a desire to help create change in others.  He lost 80 pounds on his journey from a watcher in life to a doer.  His passion for running and creating change have lead him from the couch to marathons and ultramarathons.

Individualized Coaching Plan

The option if your on a budget but still want a customized plan.

We know there are a lot of free training plans out there and we love them.  We are placing a high value on an individual plan because.....well..... it's individual to you and your situation.  No two plans are the same, here are a few things we take into account:

  • Your past running history (weekly mileage, past race times, personal records, etc.)
  • Past running injuries
  • Your current average pace and weekly mileage.
  • What days during the week can you fit runs into?
  • What is your training goal?

So if budget is an issue but you still want to take huge strides in getting to your goals we believe this is a great option!

QUESTIONS?

What if my race isn't in 12 weeks?

So you've got a mudrun in 6 weeks, a 10K in 6.2 weeks, your first 5K in 3.1 weeks or your first ultra in 1 week.  No worries, our training plans are custom to you and your race goals.  We are offering training for a 12 week period: June 1 - August 24th, 2015.  Your goal can occur at any point during that period.  What if your race is past 12 weeks?  We would love to give you a head start in your training and as the 12 week period draws to a close we'll discuss what an extension to training could look like if you choose to go that route.  (Now if you are training for that ultra in 1 week then we are just going to pray for your legs, that the best we can do....

What if I don't like it?

If after your first 30 days of training you decide this isn't for you then let us know.  If we can't make it better than we would love to refund you 100%.

When does the training officially start?

Training starts as soon as you are ready and last for the following 12 weeks.
