What Do I Get

Custom Training Shirt

Everybody likes a shirt, right?  Well, as a part of this training program you will receive a Chick-fil-A® Connect Half Marathon training shirt that can't be found anywhere else.  What's the design?  You will have to sign up to find out!

Personalized Training Plan

Each person will receive a personalized training plan that is built specific to your needs.  You will fill out a detailed questionnaire that we will use to build your training plan.  Things like past running history, future goals, running injuries and your running style will be taken into consideration to create something unique just for you!

4 Live Webinars

All members of the training program will get to attend 4 live training webinars.  In these webinars we will cover specific topics and answer your questions.  The content for the webinars will be determined based on the needs of the entire class to allow us to cover the issues you find most important.  If you can't make, no worries, they will all be recorded for you to listen to at your convenience!

Coaching Calls

In addition to having email access to our running coaches you will also have 2 coaching calls during the training process.  These will be 1 on 1 and will give you the ability to get answers to your specific training questions.

Meet the Coaches

Trey Brush

Trey is a runner and a RRCA certified coach with a desire to help create change in others.  He lost 80 pounds on his journey from a watcher in life to a doer.  His passion for running and creating change led him from the couch to marathons and ultramarathons.  He is a husband and the father of 2 boys living in Jefferson GA.  You can follow Trey on twitter @RunOnPurpose

Brian Elder

Brian Elder is a learner, amateur explorer, and nomadic runner that is going to run until it takes him somewhere. He is a senior at the University of Georgia studying English and Religion.  After running competitively on trails and roads, he fuels with an appetite so big you would swear it’s competitive.  Brian is a USTAF Level 1 Certified Coach.  Follow Brian on Instagram.

What is the Timeline

The program will begin December 1st, 2014.  Our goal is to provide you your custom training program by mid January 2015, which will allow 12+ weeks of highly customized training to get you to the start line of the Chick-fil-A® Connect Half Marathon.  You will have access to our coaches by email throughout the entire training process: 12/1/14 - 4/18/15.

Is this just for first time half marathoners?
This is designed for Half Marathoners whether this is your first time or 1001st. This is custom built to meet your goals.

Why are you limiting the number of people who can sign up?
We are providing a high level of attention to the small number of runner's who are apart of this program. As a result our coaching class size is very limited to so we can offer the best customized service possible.

What if I want a refund?
No problem, if you cross the finish line on April 18th and think man that was a waste of money, let us know and we will refund in full.

What is the access to the coaches?
You will have 4 live webinar's where you can ask questions about particular topics relating to training. In addition you would will have access by email to both of our coaches throughout the training period.

How will you determine the content of the live webinar's?
These webinar's will be tailored to your responses to survey questions we will send throughout the program. We will determine the major issues everyone is dealing with and build our content around what YOU need.

How will you determine my running background?
You will be sent an in-depth questionnaire on your past running history. Your training plan will be tailored specifically off of the answers to those questions.
